What payment methods do you offer?

How much does shipping cost?
Complimentary white glove delivery is included with every Louvre Mirrors purchase. Each mirror is handled with care so it arrives safely and in beautiful condition.
How long will delivery take?
For Melbourne metro locations, delivery is usually within 7 business days. For other areas in Victoria, please allow up to 14 days. For interstate orders, delivery generally takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. We offer white glove installation within Melbourne metro areas. This includes careful placement of your mirror and removal of packaging. Installation is currently available in Melbourne metro only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your mirror has been dispatched, you will receive tracking updates from our team.
What happens if my mirror arrives damaged?
While every order is packed and handled with great care, we understand that issues can occasionally happen in transit. If your mirror arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@louvremirrors.com.au and include clear photographs of both the mirror and its packaging. This allows our team to review the issue promptly, liaise with our delivery partners, and arrange the most appropriate next steps to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
How do I care for my mirror?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth with a gentle glass cleaner to keep your mirror clean and clear. Avoid abrasive products or rough cloths that may mark the surface.
What is the difference between polished and bevelled edges?
A polished edge is smooth and clean for a crisp, refined finish. A bevelled edge has an angled cut around the edge of the glass, which adds depth and a more classic decorative look.
Do your mirrors come with hanging hardware?
Our mirrors include premium hanging systems fitted to the rear. As wall types vary, wall fixings are not included. We recommend speaking with your installer to ensure the right fixings are used for your wall.
